Dr. Kayla Mills DC

She is a pediatric and perinatal chiropractor, wife of 10 years, and proud mother of two girls. Before pursuing chiropractic care, she spent nine years as an ICU nurse, gaining extensive experience in critical care while also recognizing the limitations of a healthcare system that often focuses on crisis rather than prevention.

Her passion for perinatal chiropractic was shaped during her first pregnancy, when she realized there was little education available on how to care for the body during pregnancy beyond routine OB visits and hospital delivery. Discovering chiropractic care helped bridge those gaps and empowered her to take an active role in her own health — an experience that ultimately led her to leave the medical field and pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Georgia, where she received extensive training in pediatric and perinatal care through the ICPA and Pediatric Experience. Today, she is deeply passionate about serving women, children, and families through neurologically focused chiropractic care.

Originally from Alabama, she is excited to put down roots in Daphne and serve families throughout the Eastern Shore. Her goal is to provide education and support that empowers families with the freedom to choose their healthcare, helping them build healthier, more connected lives from pregnancy through childhood and beyond.
