know Dr. Kayla

Hey y’all, I’m Dr. Kayla 🤍

Wife of 10 years to my husband Daniel and proud mama to two amazing girls.

My journey into chiropractic didn’t begin in an office, it began in the ICU. I spent nine years as a critical care nurse, witnessing firsthand the life-saving power of modern medicine. That season shaped me deeply, but over time, I felt a pull in my heart.

I grew tired of seeing symptoms repeatedly managed with medications and surgeries, without ever asking why the body was struggling in the first place. I didn’t just want to manage disease, I wanted to prevent it and get to the root cause.

During my first pregnancy, this desire became personal. I was frustrated by the limited education available on caring for my body beyond routine OB visits. I knew there had to be more support for moms, and that’s when I discovered chiropractic care, the bridge I didn’t even know I was missing.

I earned my undergraduate degree from UAB and completed my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Georgia, where I honed my passion for pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care. Serving families during pregnancy, postpartum, and childhood is truly one of the greatest honors of my life.

Originally from Alabama, I’m thrilled to put down roots in Daphne and serve the Eastern Shore community. My mission is to empower families with education and provide healthcare choices that align with their values, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, adapt, and thrive from pregnancy through childhood and beyond.
